At High Point Marketing, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services and client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, including SEO, content marketing, social media management, and website development, all sales are generally considered final once work has commenced. Digital services cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense as they involve time, expertise, and resources already invested.
Refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
Service Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services as outlined in your service agreement or contract.
Material Breach: If there is a significant failure to meet the service specifications or deliverables explicitly stated in your agreement.
Technical Failure: If technical issues on our end prevent the delivery of services and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the alleged issue occurring. All requests must include detailed documentation supporting the claim, including correspondence, deliverables received, and specific concerns.
The following are not eligible for refunds:
Setup and Onboarding Fees: Initial setup costs, onboarding sessions, strategy development, and consultation fees are non-refundable once services begin.
Monthly Retainer Fees: Monthly service fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started and work has commenced.
Completed Work: Any services that have been fully or partially delivered, including content creation, website development, SEO audits, ad campaigns launched, or strategy sessions conducted.
Custom or Digital Products: Customized marketing materials, website designs, logos, content packages, or digital assets once delivered or accessed.
Third-Party Costs: Advertising spend, domain registrations, software licenses, plugin purchases, or any third-party services procured on your behalf.
Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided if you change your mind after purchasing or starting a service.
Clients may cancel ongoing services at any time by providing 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation:
You remain responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the cancellation date
Monthly retainer fees for the current billing cycle are non-refundable
Any work in progress will be delivered in its current state
Outstanding invoices must be paid in full before final deliverables are released
While refunds are limited, we are committed to client satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with our services, we offer the following alternatives:
Service Correction: We will work with you to address concerns and make reasonable adjustments to meet agreed-upon objectives at no additional charge.
Strategy Revision: For ongoing services, we can revise strategies and approaches based on your feedback.
Project Modifications: Within scope, we will make revisions to deliverables to meet your satisfaction.
To request a refund under exceptional circumstances:
Contact us in writing at [your-email@highpointmarketing.co] within 14 days of the issue
Provide your name, project details, invoice number, and detailed explanation of the issue
Include supporting documentation such as correspondence, deliverables, and specific concerns
Allow 5-7 business days for our team to review your request
We will evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us directly is considered a breach of this agreement. Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks for services rendered. If a chargeback is filed, it may result in:
Immediate termination of services
Legal action to recover costs and fees
Collection proceedings for unpaid balances
Liability for attorney fees, collection costs, and administrative expenses
Refunds are not available for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to internet outages, natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, or third-party platform changes.
In exceptional circumstances where partial work has been completed, we may offer prorated refunds based on the percentage of uncompleted deliverables. This is evaluated case-by-case and at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
